Who qualifies for the trade program?
Interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, realtors, stagers and property managers working in Lafayette and across the East Bay. Not sure if that’s you? Ask us.
How does trade pricing work?
Trade pricing on materials is offered through our sister company, Abode Warehouse. We’ll walk you through it when we set you up.
Do you pay referral fees?
Yes. Refer an installation project to us and we’ll pay you a referral fee. Ask us for the details.
Can I bring my clients to your showroom?
Yes. Our showroom is yours to use with your clients, samples included, and your clients are welcome to visit on their own too.
Can I use the showroom outside business hours?
Yes. Schedule it with us and we’ll open up for you. Our regular hours are Tuesday to Friday, 11:00 am to 5:30 pm, with Monday and Saturday by appointment.
Who installs the floors?
Our own installation team, backed by a one-year labor warranty on flooring purchased through Abode. We’re a licensed California contractor, CSLB license #1127785.

Lamorinda and the East Bay, from Lafayette, Orinda and Moraga to Walnut Creek, Danville, San Ramon, Oakland, Berkeley and beyond.
